Shipping policy

Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.  

We ship most of our orders via USPS Flat Box shipping rate, regardless of the number of items in the order. For Expedited and Next Day Delivery, ship via UPS.

We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders without prior arrangements.

Ground Shipping

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 to 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited and Next Day purchases placed by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

International shipping?

We do ship international shipping or to freight forwarders. If you want to ship internationally or to a freight forwarder please contact shipping@theonlyskincare.com for costs and arrangements.   

UPS Shipments internationally

- UPS Standard will be subject to Brokerage Fees, Tax, and Duties/Customs fees.
- UPS Expedited will be subject to Tax and Duties/Customs fees only without the brokerage fees.

USPS Shipments internationally

- USPS priority mailbox. Those shipments do not incure any additional fees.

How will I know when my order ships?

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail or text upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.
